1. How do I cancel my order?
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
If the order has not been packaged for shipment, you can cancel the order in your account order details. After the order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days. The exact time for refund depends on your payment method.
Orders cannot be cancelled if they have been packaged for shipment and cannot be retrieved from the courier pile or from the courier. If a return is required, we will contact the courier company to intercept the delivery, but the resulting courier costs will be fully borne by the customer.

3. How do I return the product?

5. How do I pack my return?
Please contact us prior to returning your Dehumidifier product. Please return our Dehumidifier product in their original packaging to ensure that the Dehumidifier is not easily broken in transit. We will check the Dehumidifier carefully after receiving the delivery and if the Dehumidifier is not damaged, we will arrange a refund for you.
6. What if the returned Dehumidifier is damaged in transit?
