For all U.S. orders, we will ship with our standard shipping for free. Orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days of being shipped.

If you want to shorten your shipping time, you can also choose our VIP shipping, which costs $8.88 per order and takes 3 to 4 business days to arrive after your order is shipped.

Our service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CST). For all U.S. orders, we will process within 1 to 3 business days. Orders end at 6:00 p.m. each day, and orders placed after 6:00 p.m. will be prioritized for processing starting at 8:00 a.m. the next business day. Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. on Friday will be prioritized to begin processing on the following Monday. In the event of a major event or holiday, orders will be processed at a later date. No shipping or delivery courier is scheduled on weekends or holidays, your orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed first from the next business day.

Our delivery time is 8 to 11 business days, if there are holidays or major events delivery events will be delayed.

You can check the progress of your order in your account order details after you purchase products on our website, we will process your order within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your product purchase notice, there will be a delay if we encounter holidays, if the order is processed for more than ten business days without special circumstances, please contact us. We will arrange a refund for you not to ship or help you check whether the order has been shipped.

For delivery time,we are sorry if there is a timeout. You can contact us by email at [email protected] and we will check and process your order for you as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and the amount you paid will be returned to your payment account. The time for the refund to arrive varies depending on the payment method and usually takes one to two business days.

Our Dehumidifier will be wrapped in thickened foam cardboard box, you should check carefully after receiving the Dehumidifier, please check whether the packaging is intact before signing for it. If there is any product damage, please contact us in time, we will handle it for you.

Another person to sign for the receipt, such as the consignee himself signed for.

If the package is rejected for customer reasons (non-quality issues), the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If your Dehumidifier is lost in transit, we will help you contact the courier company for processing.

Unclaimed and undeliverable parcels due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We do not assume any responsibility.

True To The Game L.L.C. is committed to the development of the U.S. domestic business, and has not yet launched international business. Currently, we only support orders from the United States. Any subsequent adjustments will be announced on our website without prior notice.

Sales tax is the responsibility of the customer.

We accept payment in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, your bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please check with your bank.

We strongly recommend our customers to register an account with us to track their orders.

Please check the order information carefully before payment. Shipping information cannot be changed after shipping. If the address cannot be delivered due to the wrong address, if you need to modify the address, you can send an email to [email protected], and we will try our best to contact the courier company to modify it.
